As you may have noticed from the snack recipes on this blog, I am bit of a grazer. I am constantly looking in the fridge even if I’ve just had a decent meal because I’ve got a bit of sweet tooth too. I eat a healthy diet when it comes to my meals but will often slip up with a few naughty snacks so I need to have healthier alternatives on hand. These chocolate peanut butter bites are so quick and easy to make they’re a regular in our fridge – plus Annie likes them too.

Mix them all together and roll into balls (mine are normally an inch) then put in the fridge to harden. 

The original recipe I got was from an American instagrammer (@amandatress) that’s why it’s in cups. I’ve added dessicated coconut and chia seeds to this before and it’s still held together, so it’s a good base recipe to add whatever flavours you like to. Oh and I know they look like a plateful of little turds but I promise they’re delicious. Enjoy!
